Online Application (priority deadline December 31st)

Please read the instructions on the application carefully. You will be able to save your application as you go, but we encourage you to download the PDF application to view all questions. Please note that we only accept online submissions, not hard copies. Your application must be received before an interview can be arranged. This includes the application form (including short essays), three references and all post-secondary transcripts.

Reference Forms: We require 3 references to accompany your application. Please direct each references to follow the link above and complete the form.

Our priority deadline is December 31st; we encourage you to apply early to ensure the best placement options. The final deadline is April 1st and depending on availability of ministry sites may be extended. Volunteers are accepted on a rolling basis.

Please note that all applicants who are accepted and placed with DVUSA begin the following August with orientation.
